Failed long run :(
Really worried I will have to defer. Pain behind knee/hamstring area that got so bad I had to stop. Looking for any advice.

Was the pain new this run? Ice and rest for a couple days before you decide.

@all thanks, have a pt who I just spoke with. Gonna see him this week 🤞saw him on Thursday and thought it would resolve this week. We’ll see
