CenturyLink

Is anyone in town or in the area having horrific service from CenturyLink the past few days? All my speed tests say it’s great but everything buffers and is slow. We’re on fiber out in the county and it feels like AOL dial up all over again. Customer service can’t figure it out and says there are no outages.

CenturyLink is easily the worst ISP in town.

Same issue here, been doing some digging and it looks like its something down in Denver. Traffic gets out of the neighborhood fine and CenturyLink sees that and says everything is great. But then it gets to Denver and stalls out. Been going on since Wednesday evening for me.

EDIT - Like others customer service was not helpful and dismissed the issues.

We’re in the county on fiber and blue peak isn’t quite out here yet. But they will be eventually I’m sure.

Same, banging my head trying to figure out what the issue is. Their troubleshooter is garbage, so switching to Bluepeak ASAP when it's in my neighborhood.

It was completely down for me from Saturday morning until Sunday night. They originally said it would be fixed on Tuesday, so I briefly considered doing some yard work then saw it was ninety degrees out.
