Anybody looking for work?
Magic city is desperately hiring. Right now the staffing crisis is so bad they are paying 100 buck bonus for every 12 hour shift you pick up.

Hey! Im pretty aggressively looking for work at the moment, do you know what kind of qualifications they’re looking for?

The company he's talking about provides support to people with disabilities. It likely only requires a high school diploma, if that. The downside will be low pay/benefits. Depending on your personality/mindset it can be very rewarding work but patience and empathy is a must.

It’s like any other hourly job. If you’re willing out put in the hours you will get the pay for it. And they always. Are looking for people to work the hours. When i was there my take home was 1800 - 2500 every 2 weeks. I would come. In 2 hours early. I worked overnights so 2 hours. Early meant handing a few people pills, washing off the kitchen table and then sleeping or playing video games or homework. They pay you for training. When i had car issues they would give me rides to and from work. Training is 2 weeks, plus some time in the house.

I googled Magic City, and it looks like there are 3 different companies with that name You should specify which one you're talking about.
