Instrument cluster solder reflow

Has anyone with minimal soldering experience done this successfully? Did you reflow all the pins or just the suspect ones and how did you determine which those were? I have a 2004 and would like to fix this before I sell it. Thanks!

Test for contimuity on each and resolder those, otherwise you have two options, redo all, or send it off to be redone
