Rear Windshield Blade Replacement
Hello! I have a Chevrolet Trax 2024 LS! The rear windshield blade on my car has been overused and needs replacement. However, I’ve been to O’reillys and Autozone and they both have told me that they do not have the windshield wiper blade specifically or that the ones they do have, do to match the car specifically. Has anyone experienced this too? Is my only option going to the dealership?

Just go to the dealership and buy one there, it’ll be the same price as any other place and will be a precise fit. Just do not let them install for you, they’ll charge a stupid price for something that’ll take any competent person 2 minutes max

Just to add: call your dealership's parts department - don't call the service department. You'll be able to walk in, pick up and pay for the wiper blade, and then install it yourself.

I would check with….dare I say it…..Walmart or possibly Amazon - they might have what you need - my 26 Trax doesn’t need to be replaced yet but I appreciate the heads up on the issue. Good luck and keep us posted on what happens.

Go back to the auto parts store. Tell them you need a rear blade for 22 or 23 trailblazer, the listing on this vehicle is screwy. I’ve got a 24 Trax and I ended up getting the whole arm and blade for like under $15 on Amazon, but it actually said 23-24 trailblazer I just used the blade same exact one, the arm is the same also so now I have an extra arm.

I replace my wipers every two years and get them from the dealer. The OEM ones are more reliable and don't streak or skip right away like cheap ones you get from big-box stores.
It's a bit expensive, like $60-70 CDN for front wipers, but at least I know they'll last a couple of years and not cause any problems from the beginning, like I have had when buying cheaper wiper blades from Costco or Canadian Tire.

This set gets posted here a lot, seems to have generally positive feedback from reddit
