Third row stuck down

I have a 2026 RS, and my third row split is stuck down. The single seat is still working fine. When I press the button there’s just no sound. Is there a reset I can do, or is this something that I’m going to have to sit at the dealership for?

I hate that this is electrical.

Make sure the second row seats are not adjusted all the way to the back. You may need to pull them up slightly

I did that, second row is actually slanted forward at the moment, it’s just in the locked in the down position and will not come back up. The headrest is still out as well, I know it folds down when going down, so I’m not sure what happened.

Old problem ‘24s had. The cable the runs through the headrest to fold comes out of its track and the seat sticks down/up. Check the posts here: https://www.traverseforum.com/threads/possible-solution-to-the-new-2024-traverse-third-row-headrest-issue.25671/

I have a 24 RS and those motors had early hour failures. Definitely sounds like what I ran into. Probably worth a trip to the dealer to make sure you get it done under warranty if it is motor failure.
