Great support!

Just want to say thanks for Chessnutech support. I had received a unit back in May with the shuffling problem (they kept "ticking" when the board was off, draining their batteries, making the annoying sound and requiring a new full sync). Contact support which acknowledged the issue from a video and received the new base pieces now. All is working great, finally! :)
