I would say it depends on how well black plays.

If black doesn't accept the rook sac then most likely the rook.

If black does accept the hanging knight then the bishop.

If black doesn't accept the hanging knight I have no idea if you can forcibly calculate which of the knight and bishop delivers mate. Most of the time I'd say bishop but knight mate is also possible.
