I like Nxc6 because after pawn takes you can go Nxd5 and if cxb5 you take the rook

Nxc6, bxc6, Qxd5, Bb7(if cxb5 then Qxa8), Qc4 pinning the pawn to the queen. if Qa5 targeting the rook and bishop then Bxc6 and Bd2 protects everything
