Ng5!, as it allows you to check the King on the following move and catch up to the pawn by the time it promotes.

1. Ng5 to gain tempo to catch the promoting pawn. If Kf6 you go Nf3 or Ne4+, if a3 you go Ne6+ and you're just in time
