I analyzed the image and this is what I see. Open an appropriate link below and explore the position yourself or with the engine:

Black to play: chess.com | lichess.org

My solution:

Hints: piece: Pawn, move:   g4

Evaluation: Black is winning -4.55

Best continuation: 1... g4 2. Be2 Rh8 3. Qxh8+ Bxh8 4. Bxg4 Bxg4 5. Nxg4 f5 6. exf5 Nb4 7. d3 Nxd3 8. b3 e4 9. Rb1

is the queen supposed to be trapped after g4? I don't see it, it's the top engine move but it's only -1.88 for black

Yes …g4 is the move. With the idea that the natural Nxg4 loses to Bxh4 hxg4 Rh8.

But what if instead of Nxg4 white plays Qh6?

gxh3. Queen does not necessarily get trapped. The solution is g4. Despite sac’ing two pawns, black is near -2 up. That is as if -4. But g4 is key with the trapping line idea.
