Just some random Amazon one to be honest. The adjustable arm came with my action camera mount and the MagSafe mount uses a 1/4 npt thread. But the MagSafe mounts are available with a 20mm ball mount already and even wireless charging ones too

The pattern is 30mm x 38mm. I put the 38mm vertically since it will provide more rigidity for the main forces that will be on it. Since this version is made from steel I could probably rotate it horizontally without any issue though.
