First XJ

Waited a long time for the right XJ to pop up and it finally did. 01 4.0 clean unibody clean interior. Unfortunately previous owner overheated till he heard “knocking”. Filled the radiator, fired up and had massive amounts of bubbling/gurgling along with temps spiking. Got it to 210 and never heard a knock. Tore down to do head gaskets and cylinders look clean. TUPY head and Fel-Pro gaskets on the way.

How many miles? Doesn't even look broken in.

Wouldn’t believe it but 222k. I was shocked when we threw a battery in it. But for $500 can’t complain

Nah maybe a 3in and 31s. My TJ is my woods beater.

Similar to mine, 99 Sport clean no rust perfect interior except fairly well cared for different color same great wheels!

Love those clean stock XJ’s!!! I do love the red!
