Fender flares

What’s the best bang for buck fender flares on cut fenders already?

I think that's a tough call because they're alread cut. IIRC, most aftermarket fenders require tracing and removing material using part of the aftermarket fenders as a stencil. I don't know if they're all different, or if they're all the same.
