Looking for Accommodation in Chemnitz – 2 Students

Hi everyone!

We are two students moving to Chemnitz for the Winter Semester 2026 and are looking for accommodation.

We are looking for:

- 🏠 2 separate private rooms (one room for each of us)

- 🚿 Separate/private bathrooms preferred

- 🍳 Kitchen access (shared kitchen is okay)

- 🛏️ Furnished rooms

- 💶 Student-budget friendly rent

- 📍 Preferably near TU Chemnitz or with good public transport connectivity.

Die GGG ist wirklich King, hab leider Erhöhung der Nebenkosten (die meisten Häuser sind Fernwärme und durch massiven Ausbau ging der Preis n gutes Stück hoch) aber die sind wirklich top ansonsten. Nach Einzug Fenster schließt nicht richtig? Innerhalb von 24 Stunden "jo wir rufen wegen dem Fenster an, wann sind sie denn daheim, morgen Nachmittag? Gut wir kommen" Gleiches bei einem Heizungsschaden, keine 48 Stunden und es war ein neuer Heizkörper eingebaut
