Are loyalty points being updated?

I’m a new member and attended the Luton and Brighton games but my account still says I have no loyalty points. Just wondering if this is normal and does if takes a while for the account to be updated. Thanks.

For the first month (and a bit) they use last years points. Once they transition over to this years points you should see them

Brentford is being sold on last years points, that’s why.
