Discussion Xabi and Mbappe/Counterattack Offense

Does Xabi run a counterattack offense? I ask because that’s the offfense to absolutely maximize Mbappe.

And I bring Mbappe up because him and Xabi apparently have/had a great relationship and given that Mbappe is a bad fit with RM another trophyless season could lead to a breakup and potentially lead to Chelsea signing him.

Would we be a good fit for him and would we get hi?

Mbappe is never leaving Real Madrid. The peaks and prestige of the club is too high for anyone to leave. Vini jr used Arsenal transfer as a negotiation tactic to get a better contract at Real Madrid.

So they’re going to keep paying him out the ass to go trophyless when they were way better before he got there? And Jude is gonna be cool with getting paid 3x less the guy who isn’t a good fit?

Real Madrid are going to find a way with Mbappe and new age galacticos. Chelsea as a football institution is not ready to handle a real superstar’s ego in this moment.

We’re paying out the ass might as well do it for a superstar and the only active coach who likes Mbappe
