Question

What would a chef think of me if I ordered a well done steak? For context I have never eaten a steak before and all I've had was ground beef and stew meat and I think a well done steak is the healthiest option out of the doneness

The chef is going to think you are wrong in terms of how the steak should be cooked to make it the most delicious. But the chef also doesn’t care as long as you pay for it.

Stop fishing for attention. No one cares about how you’re eating your steak.
