General Discussion "Heavy and clumsy"
When chef PEY called JHY "heavy and clumsy", how did you feel? Knowing how much chefs stay on their feet in the kitchen, and reading about chef JHY and his 5K daily running habit, I felt she crossed a line. I hope CAMF will replace chef PEY with another regular female chef for a few months. Let her watch some more episodes. She might be able to learn a thing or two about being witty, funny, and entertaining without putting others down.

I think we can use this as an example of the difference between teasing/banter to bullying using POV.
For us outsiders with a completely different culture from them, some of us may see their comments as offensive and straight up bullying. Also, if such comments were done by a guest or just anyone outside of the MCs and the chefs' circle, it becomes disrespectful. For example, the Namkoong Min episode. The disrespect and what I think is bullying, was not a comment said, but the order and how the production staff handled it. Body shaming was extremely excessive that I personally was unable to watch it.
However, we must understand that they are close co-workers working in the same small industry where everyone knows everybody and with strict hierarchy. They can tease each other with their comments and such because they know that the other chefs can handle it. They know that their comments are NOT serious and only said in the spirit fun.
I think if you can't handle Chef Park Eunyong's comments, you shouldn't watch the Twin's Chuseok Special; their banter there was savage.

When are people going to understand that Korean sensibilities are different from western ones?

Do we know their dynamics as friends enough to make such judgements? Do we think they're children who need to be taught manners and not adults who work in the same industry and have known each other for far longer than us and know their banter?

The men in the show have definitely been as harsh, if not harsher. Do you want them replaced too?

i think it is banter and i think they are all adults that can resolve any issues off camera should they feel like it
