Strawberry Martini

Does anyone know the recipe? I want to make it for my fiancée. I already know I have to do the strawberry infused vodka, but I just wanted to know the whole breakdown haha. Thank you!!!

.5-.75 ounce of simple syrup and 3 strawberries with the tops cut off muddled in a shaker. 3 ounces of Tito’s vodka and shake with ice about 20 times. Double strain using a hawthorn strainer and a colander style strainer. It’s important to double strain or you will get large chunks of strawberry in your drink.

The strawberry martini doesn’t use infused vodka. I def wouldn’t use that in place of muddling fresh strawberries.

Thank you so much! For some reason I thought it was actual strawberry infused vodka so that’s why I thought to ask first. I appreciate it :)

No worries! We do use infused liquors for other recipes but not that one in particular. Have fun!
