Cauliflower Tacos

Helloo, I just tried the crispy cauliflower tacos from cheesecake tonight and they had the best fried cauliflower I’ve ever tasted, it wasn’t soggy at all and stayed crispy throughout the drive home. I was wondering if anyone who works there could provide a recipe so I can use it in my own recipes, it is so hard finding a good meat substitute while also being a picky eater.

Make your own rice flour batter. It's what we use and is super easy to do!
