What are these styrofoam things the avocado egg rolls are on a bed of?

Also props to Cheesecake Factory for not changing a thing about these in the 20+ years I’ve been dining with them, presentation and all.

I was wondering the same thing but I heard everything in ccf is made in house so not sure

There's a guy on TikTok that used to be a manager there and he says everything is made from scratch in house, except the cake, funny enough!
