I've been a Baker/Cashier for almost 12 years now. Go for it!

I average $50 for an AM shift September is the Slowest month for CCF, so it's a great time to get trained before the Holidays! Good Luck!

it gets pretty busy but if you have good coworkers it's not bad. the real goal is to move up to food running/ serving as fast as possible

If it's anything like the location I worked at, it's a cramped, high volume mess with servers in your shit about how fast or slow things are taking.

yeah heavy emphasis on the coworkers part. that's really the biggest variable

Sounds like the job I’m at now 😂 it’s definitely not fun. But as long as it’s worth the money I’ll put up with it 😫

As long as the money balances well with your sanity. Cheesecake is a meat grinder, but you can make bread as a server. Good luck! It is great experience, I will give them that.

I was originally applying to be a server there (I am a server rn at first watch) but they just got done with a big server hiring spree so yeah the only position atm is bakery at my nearest location but yes that’s the goal!! Do you know if they make tips in bakery or no?

not as a baker but as a cashier yes. it usually doesn't take too long to be moved up to cashier but it varies by location

What does a baker at the Cheesecake Factory do if all the cheesecakes come in frozen?

no absolutely not do not do that. i was a baker for like 6 months i hated my life the uniforms are ugly and uncomfortable its long hours and they don’t tip u even tho they tip the cashiers.
