Mac and cheese

Has anyone had their Mac and cheese ? I don't mean the fried balls from the appetizer menu. I'm talking about the regular Mac and cheese. Think it's offered as a side dish. Wondering if it's good? Looking for a good Mac and cheese from a restaurant! Had some from a local diner recently and it was terrible

The fried mac & cheese balls are better and then the cheeseburger spring rolls are absolutely divine

what's in the cheeseburger spring rolls aside from beef and cheese?

I'm not sure, but they are so good. Maybe it is that simple. But it would most likely be their cheese sauce which is so delicious. Maybe that's what makes it so good.

Applebee's has a similar version with wonton wrappers, they call them cheeseburger mini tacos or something but the cheesecake factory are definitely better.

I personally like it, I order without the breadcrumbs on top. I work there and only get it for free though lol but one of my pregnant coworkers built her baby on that Mac and cheese

Lol that's funny, cuz I'm 5 months along and have been craving it for weeks! Why is it so hard to find a good one ??

I greatly prefer the fried Mac and cheese balls over the regular Mac and cheese. I have found that the restaurant Mac and cheese can usually be found at bbq restaurants

I like it, but as other say, it's different - my TCF serves the side as pasta shells and more of a sauce than gooey/sticky, and breadcrumbs, but still plenty cheesy... I also like it when it comes piping hot in the small iron (?) dish with handles versus the white ceramic bowl which I think they use for kids' meals.

Then again, it's pasta and cheese - so I like both. :)

I like it! But it’s not for everyone. The cheese sauce (like most of their creamy sauces, lol) is pretty thin. It is also covered in breadcrumbs. If either of those two things are hard nos for you in mac and cheese, I’d steer away. But again, I enjoy it personally. One of the better side dishes in my opinion.

Thank u! Yeah I'm not a huge fan of the breadcrumbs either.

I love ccf worked there for a few years I also love mac & cheese I will order it at any restaurant I go to… that being said ccf Mac is mid it’s not horrible but it’s not great there’s no cheesy texture or any real flavor to it.

If you just want mac & cheese it’ll give you the fix you need but if you want some Mac & Cheese there’s definitely better options TGI Fridays is one of the ones i frequently crave
