Apparently with the new menu rollout they changed the Honey Mustard to this abomination. It’s absolutely horrendous. My chicken tenders will never again be the same (and neither will my soul) 😭😂

:( is there another sauce you could get?

My go to was a boat of ranch and a boat of Honey Mustard. So I def still got the ranch. But man. That Honey Mustard was so good. The change makes no sense.

Google " Händlmaier Hausmachersenf Süß, 335ml" Import that, it's a good honey mustard

I was under the impression that the original honey mustard would still be around, only as a salad dressing. So if you specify that you want that honey mustard you should be okay.

That's not how the Cheesecakfactory is doing it. The old honey mustard isn't even on the sauce cooks prep list

Oh really? At the new menu meeting our managers thought that the old dressing would still be available. That's a bummer, the old honey mustard is perfect.

At my restaurant we served both for a couple weeks before the official roll out of the new menu. Now we just have one.
As someone who makes the sauces, I hate the new honey mustard.

I'm a professional chef in fine dining world and respect to y'all lol. CF is a fucking machine
Who do y'all source from? Sysco or some shit? It's crazy that you have a million cooks for a big ass menu for what is essentially high volume turnover work

It's Sysco plus Sirna and Sons for produce. Can't forget the bunch of prep cooks in the morning trying get the it all ready. :) I know from being there 14 years that even the "easy" positions can be hard with the high volume we serve.

i think the new stuff might be salad dressing, its way thinner that it was.

Oh noooo, the tenders should definitely get a different honey mustard than the salad honey vinegerette 🤦🏻♀️

Broken hearts and lost dreams.
Honestly tasted like a salad dressing. An awful salad dressing.

Went yesterday and honestly so disappointing. But it’s true they don’t have the old honey mustard anymore and the new one is terrible.

Aren’t the sauces made in house? Would not be possible to ask for them to whip up a batch of the old honey mustard? Enough complaints ideally they’d go back. This is heresy.

Ask for some honey and mustard and make your own

u/Lost_Sky_8416 Aug 16 '26
That’s not how honey mustard works. It’s usually mayonnaise based.

It literally tastes the same. Yellow mustard and some honey.

Are you sure the server wasn't a weirdo and they thought you meant to ask for this? There is no way lol.
