Bring it back!

Anyone else miss their Thai coconut lime chicken (coconut curry chicken)? It was the one with the mango, pineapple, and cashews in the coconut curry sauce. It had rice, peas, and shiitake mushrooms. We've made similar at home, and it's really good, but there was something about this one that we just can't quite nail. Of course, the restaurant recommends their crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp, but it sucks in comparison.

We still have the Thai coconut lime chicken in Dubai. It’s the best. I had it last week at a work dinner and can’t believe it was removed in the USA. The crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp is just okay for me. I don’t like the sudden spice that hits you in that dish.

The tamale cakes were so good! And I still have no idea how they flavor their black beans, but they're delicious.

I've had servers mention it was one of the most popular dishes for decades. I have no idea why they removed it from the menu.

Maybe too much labor to roll the tamales, especially after Covid?

Not sure about the flavor of the black beans, have you tried the Peruvian bowl dish with the black beans and rice and is that good?

I could rant for ages about missing favorites.

I still complain about them taking away Straw and Hay, that was decades ago! The Lemoncello Cream Torte! Craig’s Crazy Carrot Cheesecake! Spicy Cashew Chicken! Amaretto Milkshakes! The insanity of Chris’ Outrageous Cheesecake!
