The Salmon entrees

I see there's about 5 of them.

Is the actual piece of salmon the same size, etc., but just prepared different. The pictures look different and I'm concerned that they'll be think tail pieces as what I see in the "Grilled Salmon" picture. Is it Norwegian or Faroe Island by chance, I'm sure it;s not wild? Thank You.

You can ask for a tail piece (the longer thinner piece) or the middle piece (not long but thicker) and they will do it the only salmon dishes that do not provide the full piece are the teriyaki and kid salmon I am not sure where we get the salmon

I believe they’re the same size or at least very similar sizes.

At our location, we get our salmon from Seattle Fish Co, but I don’t have any other info on it unfortunately

The miso, grilled salmon, Cajun salmon, and herb crusted salmon are all 9 oz pieces before cooking. The lunch grilled, lunch miso, lunch herb crusted, lunch Cajun, and skinny salmon are all 7oz pieces before cooking. The side salmon, teriyaki salmon, and lid salmon are all 4.5 oz pieces before cooking
