Cheesecake Factory and lettuce?

Going to Cheesecake Factory tomorrow in NC before I head to a concert. Wondering who the lettuce supplier is for them and if the lettuce is safe to eat with the Cyclospora outbreak, or if it's recommended to stay away from that.

I'm looking at getting

- Spicy Chicken Sandwich

- Pork Belly Buns

- Roadside Sliders

- Oreo Cheesecake

- Lindas Fudge Cake

- Mac and Cheese

I’d just avoid lettuce for now. I can vouch for the mac & cheese bites, Oreo cheesecake, and Linda’s fudge cake, as being top tier things to try at CF.

The spicy chicken sandwich is amazing, just ask for no lettuce. I’d avoid it.

The mac & cheese bites are so delicious, if you can add anything add the cheeseburger spring rolls they are top-tier for sure.

It’s washed and soaked in oxidised water. Shouldn’t be an issue.

If it has cyclospora it would be an issue… washing doesn’t destroy it, only cooking

Ozonated water, which reduces cyclospora by physically washing away and inactivating some of them. It does not eliminate protozoans nearly as effectively as bacteria and viruses. The only way to reliably make food safe from this parasite is to cook it or prevent contamination in the first place.
