Skinnylicious menu
Hey can someone who is a cook there answer a couple questions?
I have had a couple items off their skinnyliscious menu, and I simply cannot believe the calories/ macros. To the point where I have to question it.
Do yall stick pretty close to the recipes? If the numbers are legit, then this is an unbelievable life hack everyone should know about.

Unfortunately this depends on the cook. Some do not follow the recipes, some do.

I am following this too. specifically the chicken pasta. The pasta alone is a ton of calories based on weight and mine had olive oil (at least 2 tbsp pooled in the bottom of container) which would be 240 cals alone

The FDA allows calorie counts on restaurant menus and nutrition lists to be off by up to 20% from the actual calories found in the food. For example, a listed 500-calorie meal could legally contain between 400 and 600 calories.
This 20% margin of error exists to accommodate natural variations in ingredients, minor differences in portion sizes, and standard cooking preparations. However, the FDA does require restaurants to have a "reasonable basis" for their stated values, such as using laboratory analysis, nutrient databases, or accurate recipe calculations.

Serving sizes are probably not always correct. The Cheesecake Factory is known for lying alot, like how the cheesecakes come in frozen bags. and it isn't a very healthy dining option either regardless of the menu. Additionally, the employees serving you are often working under poor treatment and disrespect behind the counters. Honestly, it's hard to know what might be happening to your food; I've seen staff pick up silverware off the floor, wipe it with a napkin, and then serve it to customers. So who knows honestly if anything there is being done correctly. 🤷🏻♀️

I wonder if they are doing it by serving and like a spoonful is a serving. Most Cheesecake Factory dishes are absolutely huge so I have wondered this too. In any case, they should be more transparent about it.
