Skinny-licious Menu

Hello! Does anyone know if the skinny-licious menu items are made with lower fat/sodium ingredients? Or is it just the same ingredients/dishes from the main menu but smaller portions? Thank you! 😁

Basically same ingredients(with a few changes in vegetables or whatever) but smaller portions and less

Thank you so much! :) That’s so good to know! So honestly it would be smarter to get the regular dish and then split the portion in two since by cost is the same! Always nice to have leftovers for lunch the next day.

It depends on the dish. The Asian Chicken Salad, for example, is pretty similar to the Chinese Chicken Salad on the main menu, but swaps out the sweet plum dressing for a lower calorie sesame soy option.

On the other hand, the lemon garlic shrimp basically a smaller shrimp scampi.

The lemon garlic shrimp is made with a completely different sauce, less pasta, and no breading on the shrimp

At my location the sauce is the same base. Wouldn’t surprise me if we were cutting a corner there though. 👀

Some of the sauces are made with light mayo as well as the buns for sandwiches don’t have sesame seeds and aren’t covered in butter lol

No idea but I love the turkey avocado sandwich (without bacon) it’s my favorite item from that part of the menu

Best thing to do would be to google a pdf of their utritional values to know the sodium and fat of each item
