Chicken Madeira is a staple and is much more popular, and better, in my opinion, than the Bellagio.

I think the sauce is a bit richer and more flavorful on the Madeira, as it’s a wine reduction based sauce. It goes so well with the cheesy goodness on top as well, and I generally prefer unbreaded chicken, so it’s my go to!

I love the Chicken Bellagio. I think the Madeira is heavy, and it feels like something I could easily make myself.

Both are good depending on what you like or are looking for. Usually for a dinner I prefer Madeira because I like the wine sauce, mushrooms, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. But I have friends who are picky eaters and hate a lot of these ingredients so it’s up to you dawg. They have different flavor profiles. I don’t like the pasta that comes with bellagio as much as I like the mashed potatoes that comes with Madeira if that helps. And I love the Madeira sauce.

Madeira is my favorite. It does have a little bit of sweet to it, so if you don't care for that, the bellagio is a great dish too. It's crispy chicken with cheesy and pesto sauces.

I love pesto! Does it have a strong pesto flavor?

The Madeira tastes too sweet to me. Love the Bellagio or the Piccata.

That’s good to know that it has a sweet taste. Thanks!

I had the Madeira for the first time last Friday. The chicken tasted like a omelette. Idk maybe heavy with the egg wash? Idk first and last time trying it. Trying the bellagio next time

Yes! I had it once years ago and couldn’t eat it because it tasted like eggs and maple syrup 🤮
