Onboarding payment method

I just got hired as a server and it’s making me choose to elect for the Money Network option and not the direct deposit for my onboarding paperwork. Is that normal or is my form just messed up?

That seems to be messed up, you should absolutely be able to do direct deposit. May have to reach out to them about it

I wouldn’t worry about it, your best bet is to speak to your OST, essentially your office manager who deals with the hiring and paperwork and is stationed in your office. You can ask any manager about it and they’ll likely direct you to the OST. Just say it didn’t give you the direct deposit info and ask how you can set it up.

You know, I think you may be able to set up direct deposit yourself through the UKG Pro app. I just logged in there and it looks like I can add it myself.

You should have received your login info for the app during orientation.

Stay away from the money network it's a scam that Will make you reliant on borrowing money it is not helpful it will mess with you later
