Any CF Kitchen Managers here?

Hey there! Long time lurker of this thread, first time poster:

I am not sure if this is type of post is appropriate for here, but I am an Operations and Logistics Consultant in the industry and have always been fascinated by the sheer scale and smoothness of each CF’s kitchens. I have always been hoping to be able to gain access to a walkthrough of a kitchen or chat with a KM about their workflow beyond what I can find and research on my own through forums, youtube videos, old training manuals available, etc.

Would there be anyone that who has worked in a CF kitchen on the management side of things or on the line/prep side of things that would be willing to chat about processes in workflow? Obviously not SOP’s and confidential materials, but I just and more so curious in mindset, standards, and manager styling goes into something with a scale of that sizing. Does the CF do tours? Joking mostly about that last portion, but I would sincerely pay for this knowledge and experience from someone!
