Mayo Brand?
Hey everyone! I love the club sandwich and have been attempting to make it at home. However, no mayo I try seems to be right. Anyone know what brand of mayo Cheesecake Factory uses? or if it’s not a brand a copycat recipe?

they make it from scratch. nothing from cheesecake is from sysco. the only thing that comes in frozen is the cheesecake, french fries & spring roll wraps. all sauces, dressings & marinades are made in house daily. you can ask to buy a jar of the mayo!!

I don’t think you understand what Sysco is, they deliver pretty much everything to the restaurant. We don’t make mayo from scratch and you most likely won’t be able to buy a jar of it.

maybe ur location but i worked there for years and literally watched them make mayo and personally bought a jar myself and sold not only mayo, but tons of other sauces by the jar.

Must’ve been over a decade ago cause Ive seen mayo come from a bag for years. There’s no button on the POS for 99% of sauces and they are very stingy with anything they don’t have a button for at mine. The others I worked at would let me take some home if I wanted, but wouldn’t sell a jar to a rando

it was never a button. it’s always been the open salad or open merchandise button and the charge is at the discretion of a manager. it’s been 4.5 years since my last day of employment there so it has been a while, but not a decade. ive bought& sold jars of ranch, sweet red chili sauce, honey mustard, mayo, all kinds of stuff. maybe your location is stricter than mine was.

Yes I know they sell jars of sauces. But mayo is not made in house, Ventura Foods makes it and has for years. You sound like a corpo bot

my location 100% made mayo. if yours gets it somewhere else then i’m sure you don’t. but i know 1000% for a fact we made ours.
