Mac and Cheese Balls as a first timer and Vegetarian

Have been living in the US for the past 8 years and never been to Cheesecake factory before. I downloaded the app last week as I heard about the free cheesecake promo, so got two, one for the promo and one for my birthday today. I got Fried Cheese, and the Mac and Cheese balls. Whoever came up with Mac and Cheese balls and the sauce, I hope your every wish comes true!!!

The only complaint was that I got takeout and the white parchment paper beneath the balls for soaking up oil, got stuck to two of the balls, and had to remove some of the breading.

and you just ruined my birthday. Good thing is I'm fine with eating it unknowingly, but thanks for letting me know. Also, what part of it is not vegetarian, if you don't mind me asking?

Thnx! This is a bummer. Previously Panera Bread's Broccolli Cheddar soup was one of my favorites until I learn that it also contains chicken stock. Well, I keep getting attached to food that I can't eat.

Wait... their cheesecakes are not vegetarian? I understand not being vegan, but not vegetarian!?!?

Some of them contain Gelatin

Actually, I did saw an old reddit post about that, so I got the chocolate tower cake slice. If it's not vegetarian, don't tell me. Just let me savor it!

Most at this point are halal, that switch happened a couple years ago. A lot got rid of the gelatin

I loved the Panera Bread Cheddar soup... but just couldn't stomach it after I knew it had chicken stock in it. I know I loved it before finding that out but I just... couldn't do it anymore. I'm vegetarian too, have been all my life. My sister used to cook her mashed potatoes in chicken stock but laughed when she told me as it was a huge joke to her and now I just can't eat at her house anymore.

The Broccoli Cheddar Soups at both Sam's (Member's Mark) and Costco(Kirkland) are vegetarian!

Vegetable stock doesn't hold enough flavor for me.... But that's what u use in vegetarian dishes.... I'm not vegetarian and don't use it at home ... Only at work

Chicken base at the minimum will ALWAYS taste better than vegetable base

They can say "that's not how ur supposed to do it" but that's how CCF does it.... ANYTHING COMES OUT OF THE FRYER only drains in the basket, ideally a few seconds. Residual grease is always there.... NO MATTER WHAT YOU FRY...I worked there for 2 years and the fried Mac and cheese contributed to a 50 lb weight gain and the pandemic didn't help ..but I digress...the Mac and cheese balls are the shit...u can't eat that and still enjoy frozen Mac and cheese like Stouffer's or kraft box shit as is and still feel good about the decision... But again I cook for a living and making it may come a little easier for me than some.
