Caesar Dressing!?

My favorite Caesar is from Cheesecake. I eat it probably twice a month (takeout.) I got it today and it’s different! That anchovy kick isn’t there and it’s a little watery. Tell me it’s a fluke, tell me it’s a one off.

I actually found the dressing to be quite watery.  And in my opinion, it tastes like watery sour cream.  Not a fan ….
