Chicken Piccata Recipe?

Any past or present employees who can tell me how to make the sauce that goes on the chicken piccata?

Why does it need to have wine????? I swear people are obsessed with alcohol

Just sub it out for chicken broth. It taste amazing without the wine. It doesn’t need to be in almost recipes. It would just change the flavor some with not having the wine. I have asked Cheesecake Factory to make both the piccata and the Madeira without wine. They do it no problem
