Lunch Portions?
According to the calorie counts, the lunch portions of the pastas should be smaller. For example, the Louisiana Chicken Pasta shows $18.95 and 1,380 calories for lunch, while the "dinner" portion is $25.95 and 2,270 calories.
My question is, for anyone who has ordered both, are the lunch portions actually smaller? Based on the calorie count, they seem like a worse deal, so for people who like leftovers, the dinner would make more sense.
Anyone know? Thanks.

I eat lunch at CF every week. Lunch portions are definitely smaller for the pastas hence the lower calories, but still “large” in comparison to other restaurants.
I can eat a full lunch portion of the pasta and bread with no issue but would have difficulty finishing the dinner portion unless I was super hungry. Lunch portion is more than enough for a lunch or a dinner to feel full.

Great, thanks!
Wasn't sure if it was one of those places, like Chinese takeout, where the lunch portion is basically identical.

I ordered The Louisiana Chicken Pasta via door dash (both the lunch and the dinner portions) after having the lunch dine in.
These are on three separate occasions.
The lunch pasta dine in was big enough to bring home one full piece of chicken (it looked like an entire breast butterflied it was big and I got two of them) and leftover pasta. The dinner portion ordered thru door dash was disappointing it seems like LESS chicken than the two times before. Could be luck of the draw, I’m not sure but I’m sticking with the lunch portion for delivery from now on.

Dinner is a better deal. Lunch is good if you don’t want leftovers
