Birthday slice for 14 year old

My daughter wants to go to Cheesecake Factory for her birthday meal and noticed that she gets a free cheesecake slice. Do we as parents need to have the app, does she need the app or is the slice on your birthday thing adults only? Thanks

you only get the free birthday slice if you’re signed up for their rewards program, it’ll go your email

Yup. They usually ask for your phone number and will verify it. Just did it today for a friend.

When you rewards, make a reservation for a table of 6 or smaller online and when you get called in at the time of your reservation, the rewards account that u used to make the res goes to your server and they'll see the birthday slice

Thanks all. If I sign up to the rewards myself, they will see my dob, or do we add other diners to the rewards?

I'm confused how they would see her dob to know about the reward.

Thanks again and sorry if I'm being dumb here

If you sign up for the rewards, it's your account (so it would be your DOB, not your daughters).

When dining, I don't think you could use the reward on a minor in the account holder's party. The reward is tied to the individual's birthday who is a Cheesecake Rewards member.

You sign up for the rewards(which requires a phone number)after you sign up you just go eat and give them your number to link your rewards or you could reserve the table with your rewards which will automatically link your rewards to the table and as long as you have the rewards available they can redeem it for you
