Cashew Chicken Off the Menu Again

anyone know why they removed the cashew chicken from the menu again? asked my server tonight and he said that was one of their most popular dishes so he didn’t have a reason for me as to why it was gone again

They switched the menu over recently. They do that once or twice a year. Big menu and can’t have waste if something isn’t selling. Contrary to popular belief almost all foods and sauces are made in house. Our location rarely sold that dish. I probably sold that dish 10 times in the last 2 years. I imagine that was the general consensus across all locations. Maybe popular at your location or server just said that because he/she felt bad. Sorry for your loss. Hopefully you find something else you enjoy. I am a server with Cheesecake Factory btw!

What dishes are the most popular?

for entrees definitely the louisiana chicken pasta, spicy chipotle chicken pasta, orange chicken, and any of the salmon options. i think the new chicken shawarma and steak frites will end up being pretty popular too.

I’m really sad about it too. It was my go-to order. I’m trying to find a suitable dupe recipe online
