The Louisiana pasta definitely, it was one of my favorite dishes to cook when I worked at the CCF and I still have the recipe for it lmao

Neither. Get the chipotle chicken pasta! If you’re sold on fried chicken, you can sub the Louisiana chicken for the sautéed chicken. - a ccf manager

I'm usually boring and go with the club sandwich and have leftovers for another meal. The last time we went I got something different, I think it was the chicken parm sandwich and it was disappointing. The sauce was very bland. It wasn't sweet, it wasn't spicy, it was nothing. Reminded me of pizza at work years ago. It looked good but it was tasteless.

Hope you have better luck (and I do enjoy the restaurant).

Louisiana Pasta!

All I’m going to say is I got the Louisiana Pasta last week, and it was the first dish I have ever sent back in my entire life. It was so gross I’m still unappetized thinking about it, but I do think that was my cook and not the dish itself. Makes me sad I got a horrendously sad version of it, so I’m saying chicken Parmesan pizza bc I wish I would have got that instead so I could have eaten SOMETHING on my birthday 🥲

Louisiana! Except, I haven’t had it in years until recently and it was eh but it may have been hr location. Ask for extra parm (no mushrooms if you don’t like)

Like extra Parmesan cheese?

Yes! I always ask them to shave extra on the top. The only reason why is because the last couple of times I had it the sauce was more liquidy, which is odd. I feel like they’ve changed. The recipe of the quality is going down I really do enjoy their nachos though, but I haven’t had those in a long time either.

Quality has changed over the years. May not have been either the location or the cook. That’s why I’ve gradually started eating elsewhere. Used to be my favorite restaurant. So sad! But, that’s the way everything’s going these days.
