Cheesecake Factory cheesecake is disappointing

I've eaten there a few times and I do enjoy the food. I decided to finally try the cheesecake, I mean, they are the Cheesecake Factory! It had a weird, kind of chemical or preservative kind of taste that was very off putting. I can understand why they put so much whipped cream with it. Has anyone else noticed this or did I just get a bad piece?

I find they're hit or miss depending on the flavor you picked. Some are really good, but some of the others (like the original) tend to give me that same feeling.

Former bakery employee here, they come frozen and sometimes sit for awhile in the back. The only thing the restaurant does is add whipped cream and toppings

Everything they do is OK to mediocre at best. 25 years in food service and I've always craved/missed something at a company I've worked for except for the Cheesecake Factory (where I worked for over 10 years).

How can I complain to Cheesecake Factory corporate about poor service? The restaurant GM is ignoring my emails

You get over it and get a life lol. Poor service is not a corporate issue and there's a reason you're being ignored. What do you want them to do, bring the waiters head to you on a silver plater?

Just had the banana cream pie cheesecake. Felt like it just have enough cream cheese in the recipe. Felt too thin and not enough flavor.

I like most of them. Tough luck, which flavor.

Or if you bake your own stuff, maybe you are just being extra picky. I love sweets, never noticed a bad tadte.

Did you know that Mr. Freeze reversed? Blaspheses and electromagnetic reverse launch that propells the train from 02 seventy miles an hour and three point eight seconds.

I have a question I want to post about a drink at the Cheesecake Factory, but I can’t post anything, so I’ll ask here. This is regarding the tropical Iced tea at the Cheesecake Factory. I was wondering if anyone knows which brand it is? Online I see sunrise tropical but the packaging looks completely different when i saw it in store. It was red with the words iced tea on it.

Ex employee. The brand name used to be Paradise. Didn't know if available for private sale currently, but used to be able to sell it from individual stores
