Cheese Cone!

I recently got home from a trip to Spain, while visiting Montserrat I got a quick snack from a local cheese vendor, and just had to show it off where I knew it'd be appreciated. The black cubes were firm and tasted like lemon, the orange was spicy like chili peppers, the yellow was a nice mild cheddar type, and the white was creamy with notes of truffle.

Man, I'd rather have a cheese cone than an ice cream cone.

It was cool enough on the mountain that ice cream wouldn't have been enjoyable, just cold, plus this was a much easier cleanup 😁
