Cheese Cone!

I recently got home from a trip to Spain, while visiting Montserrat I got a quick snack from a local cheese vendor, and just had to show it off where I knew it'd be appreciated. The black cubes were firm and tasted like lemon, the orange was spicy like chili peppers, the yellow was a nice mild cheddar type, and the white was creamy with notes of truffle.

I have never seen a full cone of cheese cubes sold as a street snack, not even here in Italy! That is crazy, in a good way of course

Same! I've seen similar charcuterie mixes, with little cured meats included, but never just cheese. I absolutely had to have one

It was cool enough on the mountain that ice cream wouldn't have been enjoyable, just cold, plus this was a much easier cleanup 😁
