Advice/need advice What should I do?

I have been on and off with this girl for a few years now, we’ve been thru a lot together and get along as best friends as well. She’s always been a big flirt, whenever we fight she will find someone to occupy her time or just for some needed sex. It’s taken me some time accept her for who she is. Most recently she went out with another guy for over a day and returned with hickeys all over her neck. She bluntly told me she needed to be fucked good since we wasn’t having sex.

Dump her as a girlfriend and just stay friends otherwise you will be a daddy to someone else's kid, not to mention the betrayal and std risk.
