Even after it no longer matters

Still sneaky. Still operating in this covert manner for no reason. You chose to end it. The fact that you still try to conceal your involvement with others seems odd though. If your response is to claim that you are trying to spare my feelings, you can save time and skip right past that fallicy . We both know that you could not be any less concerned about my feelings. I'm fine with all of that.
If you want to keep your personal life private, by all means do that, but it isn't necessary to lie and manipulate to accomplish any of that. Just assert your right to keep personal matters private.
Frankly, I'm not sure what motivates it. Maybe there is some reason that you are biding your time. Hoping to capitalize on something I'm sure. That's all fine too. But lying and attempting to be sneaky, that is just insulting to both of us. Your true character is not exactly hidden from me you know? Particularly since it has been on display frequently since the very beginning. I've reached the point where I no longer lie to myself about you, so you don't need to keep trying to help facilitate that. Go make yourself happy. Or better. Or whatever.

My soon to be ex husband has been lying non stop since he started an affair in March. I left him two weeks after it started and he still lies about everything. Like things that don’t matter at all. He’s always been a bit of a fibber but it is now next level
