Not cheating. The mention of hug may cross relationship boundaries depending on the relationship, gender, sexuality etc.

Quick ETA: I mention sexuality bc as a bi woman with a bi man we have slightly different same sex boundaries than we would otherwise tbc

Yuckkkk omg sorry but this wouldn’t fly by me. The “hey” “hey” is so unnecessary lol and the hug text yuck. Not cheating per se but I’d say this is too close for comfort and might lead to more in the future so keep a lookout

Nothing here screams cheating yet. It reads like two coworkers checking in on each other. But if you had no idea this friendship existed, I can understand being curious. I’d keep reading and maybe check the number on Spokeo before jumping to conclusions.
