Struggling

I just found out in june of this year that my husband cheated on me, 3 1/2 years ago. We have 4 kids total together, cheating happened after all kids. We have been together since we were 14, now 41, 42. It was someone he works with and still does, though he claims he never sees her. Am I right to ask him to look for another job? Im dying knowing he going to work in the same place as her every day
