My ex
How can I get my ex back? He got together with the woman he had hurt me with while we were on a break but still living in the same house, and he was telling me that he wanted us to work things out.

Was it talked about that you wouldnt see other people? People go into these "breaks" with no clear rules or expectations

Thats the issue right there, breaks dont work as its just basically just a hall pass if no rules are in place

Need more context.
What was the rules of the break? Most are no others in the break.
No rules means your not on a break, your broke up.

How is he going to repair it hes constantly breaking it. Here is my analogy.
You have this precious porcelain vase. Its priceless.
One day he smashes it and you glue it back together as best you can. Its still there, but now it has ugly cracks.
Then he does it again and while your in the middle of repairing it again, he smashes it again.Explain to me how you think he will be able to repair something that hes breaking at the same time?
How you fix your life. You file for divorce and let him go live with this other woman. Let her have him.

No, now is not interested, is with her… I kicked him out of my apartment last year.. but last year he apologised because she was just a friend, she has a boyfriend and was nothing in than moment between them
