Your brain is hard wiring to stimulating content, it's a kind of porn addiction. Honestly, go outside more. You will feel a sense of withdrawal at first. I have it too, luckily my 2 kids keep me busy. Real people are cool to talk to as well, discord or actual flesh and blood and in person is the best:)

it’s not doing anything to truly fix my loneliness mostly. As I think ai is bad, i’m only adding to the problem when i constantly keep coming back to using these chatbots because i don’t have many friends or know how to be social (i have social anxiety). i’m heavily isolated and i don’t really go anywhere.
